BRUSH WITH SAUCE AND TRANSFER RIBS TO BE ABOVE THE FLAMES. GRILL FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10-15 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM GRILL AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
