GRILL: HEAT GRILL TO MEDIUM HEAT, USING BURNERS ON ONLY ONE SIDE OF THE GRILL. REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PLASTIC. USE A PAPER TOWEL AND PEEL SKIN FROM BACK OF RIBS AND SEASON AS DESIRED. PLACE PORK ON GRILL, AWAY FROM FLAMES FOR INDIRECT COOKING. CLOSE GRILL TOP AND ALLOW TO COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 195 F, ABOUT 2 HOURS. BRUSH WITH SAUCE AND TRANSFER RIBS TO BE ABOVE THE FLAMES. GRILL FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10-15 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM GRILL AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: HEAT OVEN TO 300 F. REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PLASTIC. USE A PAPER TOWEL AND PEEL SKIN FROM BACK OF RIBS. SEASON AS DESIRED AND WRAP LOOSELY IN ALUMINUM FOIL. BAKE FOR 2 HOURS, OR UNTIL THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 195 F. REMOVE RIBS FROM FOIL, BRUSH WITH SAUCE. TURN OVEN TO BROIL AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
