    12 ounce Grilled & Ready® Fajita Chicken Breast Strips

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    6 corn tortillas

    1 small avocado, peeled and cut lengthwise into 12 strips

    6 tablespoon salsa

    1-1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded

Directions

    1. Prepare Grilled & Ready® Fajita Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions.

    2. As chicken is warming, brush both sides of tortillas with vegetable oil. Grill, or pan fry about 15 seconds per side.

    3. Fill center of each tortilla with chicken strips, 2 slices of avocado, 1 tablespoon salsa and 1/4 cup lettuce. Serve with extra salsa.
