    1 package Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast

    1 ½ cups garlic croutons

    1 tablespoon salt

    12 ounces rotini

    1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce

    2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

    8 ounces ciliegine or pearl mozzarella balls, drained

    ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

     grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

    1. Put croutons in a gallon-sized zipper-lock back and crush into coarse crumbs with a rolling pin or mallet.

    2. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Stir in salt and rotini. Cook rotini until al dente, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add marinara and Italian seasoning and cook over medium heat, stirring, just until sauce is heated through, about 3 minutes. Stir in mozzarella.

    3. Divide pasta among 4 plates. Top with Grilled & Ready® Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast and sprinkle with crushed croutons. Top with parsley and Parmesan, if using, and serve.
