Pork sirloin roast. |
ROASTING: Heat Oven to 400 F. Remove product from plastic and season as desired. Place on a foil lined roasting pan and cook for 50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145 F. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. GRILL: Heat grill to medium heat, using burners on only one side of the grill. Remove product from plastic and season as desired. Place pork on grill, away from flames for indirect cooking. Close grill top and allow to cook until internal temperature reaches 145 F, about 1 to 1.5 hours. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
