CONVENTIONAL OVEN: HEAT OVEN TO 400 F. REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PLASTIC AND SEASON AS DESIRED. PLACE IN A SHALLOW ROASTING PAN AND COOK FOR 4.5 HOURS, UNTIL THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 145 F. FOR BEST RESULTS, COOK TO 480-200 F. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET REST FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SHREDDING WITH A FORK OR SLICING. SLOW COOKER: REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PLASTIC AND SEASON AS DESIRED. PLACE IN SLOW COOKER WITH 1 CUP OF WATER. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS OR HIGH FOR 4-5 HOURS. REMOVE MEAT AND SHRED TO SERVE.
